Work Responsibilities
- Preferably graduated from Engineering, Marketing, Labor Economics, Business Administration, Economics faculties of universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in the retail industry
- Proficient in advanced Excel and MS Office programs,
- High communication skills,
- Managing the sales and marketing budget
- Competent in business follow-up and result-oriented,
- Strategic and analytical thinking,
- Being open to learning and following and reporting developments, creating detailed reports,
- Planning and organizational skills,
- No travel restrictions
- Active driving,
Work Skills
- To follow new trends in Sales and Marketing and to integrate them into company strategies,
- To create annual, monthly and instant action plans in line with the determined sales and profitability targets,
- To ensure that the necessary sales and marketing reports are prepared in line with the profitability and targets and to submit the necessary reports to the Board of Directors,
- To ensure that the company reaches the maximum profit level,
- Developing projects by following new trends,
- To conduct sectoral market, competition and price research,
